Integrity 101
Until we achieve the feat of being able to refuse to be compromised, we say without doubt to the world that we lack integrity or at least a lot of it!
If you find yourself often having to give needless unsolicited explanations in exaggerated fashion, read this quotation again.
If people bow and shake their heads at you every time you address them, especially if you are the boss, read this quotation again.
I have found in my brief observation of people and power, that the more integrity one holds the higher the respect he or she has earned and commands.
You see, integrity does not mean faultless, blameless or perfect. A person of integrity takes measured actions, makes duly considered moves, treats people equally and fairly and is a person of minimal bias.
In short, my dears, integrity does not have a price tag.
